Anti-pasti is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. We serve a traditional antipasto that includes cured meats, olives, mushrooms, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, various cheeses such as provolone & mozzarella, pickled meats, and vegetables in oil or vinegar. This also includes a selection of breads.


Your Free Range West Country Pig will be cold rubbed with olive oil and our own Italian herb mix. The pig is scored for tasty crispy pork crackling and basted throughout the cooking process with our Italian marinade mix.

We will then carve your pig and serve buffet style with fresh key baked ciabatta bread rolls.

Price includes fresh chiabatta rolls, sauces and condiments and high quality disposable plates and cutlery.

We serve the anti pasti platters to your tables as starters and once cleared our food is served buffet style for your guests but we can do a table platter service at additional cost per head.
